What should be paid attention to when not using the plate and frame filter press for a long time

Plate and frame filter press is the first machine used for chemical dehydration. Although the plate and frame filter press usually operates intermittently, the investment in infrastructure equipment is very large, and the filtration capacity is also very low. It has great filtration driving force, high solid content of filter cake, filtrate clarification, high solid recovery rate and conditioning drugs. Low consumption and other advantages are still widely used in some small sewage treatment plants. So, what should we pay attention to when not using the plate and frame filter press for a long time? 1. Don’t rush to power on and start before work, clean up the dust and rust of the machine body first;

2. Then confirm whether there is short circuit and oxidation in the relevant circuit, if any, deal with it first.

3. If the filter cloth is dry, wet it with clean water to soften it (prevent material leakage). If it is too hard, it should be removed and cleaned with light hydrochloric acid to soften as much as possible.

3. Confirm whether the hydraulic oil is emulsified (whitening). If there is any, the oil may be mixed with water, and it will be emulsified if it is used for a long time.

4. Before starting the feed pump of the plate and frame filter press, it is also necessary to confirm the circuit condition. If it cannot be started dry, it is necessary to add the relevant liquid first, and first click to confirm whether there is abnormal sound.
