Fully automatic dosing device
The fully automatic dosing device detects various parameters in the liquid through sensors and performs dosing operations according to pre-set control programs. When using a fully automatic dosing device, it is necessary to first dissolve the agent in water and place it in a storage tank. Then, according to production needs, set the time and proportion for adding the agent, and start the control system. At this point, the device will automatically obtain the reagent from the storage tank, control it through an electromagnetic valve, and add it to the liquid to achieve the purpose of adding the reagent. At the same time, during the operation of the device, the control system can also monitor the dosage of reagents and the changes in various parameters in the liquid in real-time, and provide timely feedback to production personnel.
